Love, Lies & The Truth exists because two people fell in love with having honest conversations together. We hope getting to know us helps you understand why this podcast means so much to us.

I've spent the last thirty years exploring one question:
What happens when beauty becomes a path to healing instead of something we chase?
My work has always been about transformation. Whether through beauty, healing, Magick, writing, poetry, intuitive guidance, or honest conversation, I've dedicated my life to helping people remember who they truly are.
I'm a professional makeup artist of over thirty years, a professional healer, ceremonial magician, Kabbalist, psychic, tarot reader, author, poet, and meditation guide. Twenty years of sobriety taught me that real transformation doesn't come from becoming someone else. It comes from having the courage to become yourself.
I don't separate spirituality from everyday life... I live it.
To me, beauty is a frequency. Healing is an act of remembrance. Magick is the conscious art of participating in creation.
Over the years, these different expressions naturally found a home in E.L.F. Café. Today, it has become my creative home for beauty, healing, Magick, education, poetry, and intuitive guidance. Every offering I create is rooted in one belief: healing isn't about becoming someone new... it's about remembering who you've always been.

Love, Lies & The Truth is another expression of that calling. Jonathan and I aren't here because we've mastered relationships. We're here because we're intentionally building one. Through honest conversations, laughter, vulnerability, and love, we invite you into our journey in the hope that it inspires your own.

For much of my life, I was deeply disconnected from myself. I wanted to know who I really was. I wanted to love myself. I just didn't know how.
That search eventually led to the moment my old life fell apart... and changed the course of everything that followed. As I found my way back to myself and reconnected with my heart, I discovered something that now seems obvious: every relationship I had was a reflection of the relationship I had with myself.
The more I learned to know and love myself, the more my relationships began to change. I became fascinated by the way honesty, vulnerability, personal responsibility, and genuine human connection can transform a person's life… including my own.
Over time, that fascination grew into purpose.
Today, it finds expression in several different ways.
Through Brothers & Kings, I'm building a community where men can experience real brotherhood, reclaim their strength, find their balance, and discover that they were never meant to carry life's burdens alone.
Through Sterling Matchmakers, I help emotionally intentional people begin relationships with honesty, depth, and genuine compatibility.
Through Love, Lies & The Truth, Amy and I invite listeners into the conversations we're having as we build our own relationship. We don't claim to have all the answers. We're simply two imperfect people choosing honesty, curiosity, humour, and truth... one conversation at a time.
Although these projects look very different on the surface, they're all rooted in the same belief:
The relationship we have with ourselves becomes the foundation for every other relationship we create.
If my journey has taught me anything, it's this:
None of us were meant to do this alone.
Healing happens in relationship. Growth happens in relationship. Love is built in relationship.
I'm grateful you're here with us.
